Niwot's Rocco Culpepper won the Class 4A boys 800 meters title with 1:55.23 on Friday at the Colorado state track and field championships. 

The girls from Deer Trail CO broke the meet record in the 4x200 relay with 1:47.88 on Friday at the Colorado state championships. 

Jarrius Ward from Overland CO, a junior, threw a huge lifetime best and meet record of 203-4 to improve to No. 4 in the country in the boys discus on Thursday at the Colorado state meet. 

Niwot CO won the Class 4A girls 4x800 relay in 9:07.21 with a lineup of Olivia Alessandrini, Mia Prok, Anna Prok and Addison Ritzenhein on Thursday at the Colorado state meet. 

Jade West from Niwot High won the Class 4A girls shot put title with a mark of 43-4 on Thursday at the Colorado state track and field championships. 

Niwot CO with a lineup of Quinn Sullivan, Cole Mazurana, Gavin Engtrakul and Rocco Culpepper ran the US#8 time of 7:43.92 to break the state meet record at the Colorado high school championships. 

Lilly Nichols from Broomfield broke the all-time Colorado record in the girls pole vault on Thursday when she cleared 14 feet to win the Class 5A title at the state championships. Her vault elevated her into a tie for No. 3 in the country this spring.&...
